Septic Inspections

In King County, if you're selling your home, you must obtain an inspection of your septic system by a licensed On-site System Maintainer. Our OSM inspector will inspect your system and perform a stress test/pump performance on your system and let you know the condition. In many cases, tanks need to be pumped prior to the sale as well which can be completed in conjunction with the septic inspection. Stuth Company will also handle all filings with the county.

If you are not participating in an inspection/monitoring program but would like to have your septic system looked at for peace of mind, we can provide you with a comprehensive inspection.
